Hypermer™ 1599

Hypermer 1599 is an ABA copolymer emulsifier for use in the manufacture of inverse polymer emulsions. Using Hypermer 1599 results in emulsions with excellent mechanical stability. This enables high temperature/vacuum processing of emulsions to increase the polymer/actives content in the finished product. Hypermer™ 1599 facilitates the manufacture of inverse emulsions with fine particle size, narrow size distribution and reduced viscosity, leading to low coagulum formation. Excellent performance Hypermer™ 1599 is particularly recommended for low cationic inverse emulsion polymerisation but also performs well in other challenging formulation types.
